Please note that keys are not collected from The Edge, but from our nearby city centre office on Deansgate, 2 minutes drive or a 15 minute walk from The Edge. Details of key collection, check in and check out arrangements will be emailed to after booking. If you have not received details of these within 24 hours of your booking, please contact us. If you book for a weekend check in, please contact us in advance to advise us of your expected arrival time.
CONCIERGE
The onsite concierge does not deal with bookings nor will they have they keys to your designated apartment; these are collected from our office as outlined above. The concierge is primarily there for 24/7 building, resident and tenant security and general directions, but are not able to assist guests with check in or check out or for any issues with the apartments. Please use the contact numbers on this page or on your booking confirmation for any assistance required.
